AGRO-AI Privacy Notice

This notice explains how AGRO-AI Inc. handles personal information in connection with its website, enterprise products, Field Intelligence, Platform API, support and authorized integrations.

Published September 15, 2026. This notice supplements product and enterprise agreements. It does not convert non-personal operational data into personal information; broader agricultural data is governed by the Data Governance Standard.

1. Information we may process

2. Sources

Information may come directly from users and customers, from use of AGRO-AI services, from customer-authorized third-party systems, from security and infrastructure providers, and from lawful public or business sources.

3. Purposes

AGRO-AI may process personal information to register and authenticate users; provide and support products; operate connectors and APIs; secure accounts and infrastructure; meter and understand usage; maintain provenance and auditability; communicate operational, legal, security and product information; respond to requests; administer commercial relationships; comply with law; protect rights and safety; and improve services where permitted by law and contract.

4. Enterprise roles

For some activities AGRO-AI determines the purposes and means of processing and acts as a controller/business or equivalent role. Where AGRO-AI processes personal data on behalf of an enterprise customer, the customer may be the controller/business and AGRO-AI may act as processor/service provider. The applicable agreement or Data Processing Addendum governs those activities.

5. Disclosures

AGRO-AI may disclose personal information to infrastructure, hosting, security, communications, analytics, payment, support, professional-service and integration providers when needed for authorized purposes and subject to appropriate contractual or legal controls. Information may also be disclosed at a customer's direction, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets subject to applicable safeguards.

6. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

AGRO-AI does not describe customer operational data as a data-broker product. Privacy-law terms such as “sell” and “share” can have technical statutory meanings that may include certain advertising or cross-context technologies. AGRO-AI evaluates those activities based on the actual website and service configuration and provides legally required opt-out mechanisms where applicable. Enterprise Customer Data is governed separately by customer contracts and processor/service-provider restrictions where applicable.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

AGRO-AI websites and services may use necessary technologies for security, authentication, preferences and service operation, and may use analytics or similar technologies where configured. Cookie disclosures and consent choices should reflect the technologies actually active on the relevant surface.

8. Retention

Personal information is retained for periods reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, auditability, customer support, billing, legal compliance, dispute resolution and legitimate operational needs. Because different systems have different lifecycle requirements, AGRO-AI does not state a universal retention period unless the underlying systems enforce it. Deletion requests remain subject to lawful retention, security records, backups and legal holds.

9. Security

AGRO-AI uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information proportionate to the nature and risk of the processing. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and promptly reporting suspected compromise.

10. International processing

AGRO-AI and its service providers may process information in countries other than the user's country. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, AGRO-AI uses an appropriate legal mechanism based on the actual processing relationship, provider and jurisdiction.

11. Privacy rights

Depending on residence, applicable law and AGRO-AI's role, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or information about processing, and may have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of certain sale/sharing or targeted advertising, or challenge certain profiling decisions. Rights are subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.

12. Requests concerning customer-controlled data

When AGRO-AI processes personal information on behalf of an enterprise customer, that customer may be responsible for responding to an individual's request. AGRO-AI may direct the requester to the relevant customer and will support the customer as required by applicable law and agreement.

13. Children

AGRO-AI's enterprise and developer services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children. AGRO-AI does not knowingly design these services for child users.

14. Changes

AGRO-AI may update this notice as products, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated publication date and, where required, additional notice.

15. Contact

Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to contact@agroai-pilot.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. Enterprise customers may also use their contractual support or account channel.
